Preamble: Purpose of the house: Groom and father of the bride confirm their agreement: to honour and preserve the friendship, love and unity between both houses; agreement is announced
1 – Mutual marriage vows
2 – Marriage according to the Lutheran denomination
3 – Setting the wedding date
4 – Dowry of 20,000 guilders, of which 5,000 is for the bride’s trousseau
5 – Trousseau extensively regulated
6 – Donatio propter nuptias regulated, in the same amount, invested in the offices of Usedom and Pudagla
7 – Life estate of 4,000 guilders regulated
8 – Provisions regarding the widow’s dower: homage, accession, trousseau, loss, inspection
9 – Mornig gift of 400 guilders; out of special affection, because the groom’s mother would only have received 200 guilders
10 – Renunciation of the bride’s paternal inheritance
11 – Inheritance matters, rights of use and redemption relating to trousseau and dowry in the event of the death of the husband or wife with or without legitimate heirs in various constellations: in the event of the death of the wife without legitimate heirs; in the event of the death of joint heirs who die without legitimate heirs of their own while the wife is still alive; death of the wife or husband with legitimate heirs; death of the husband with legitimate heirs; in the event of the widow remarrying; death of the husband without legitimate heirs
12 – Previous debts are not transferable to the partner
