1 – Preamble: Strengthening and expanding the friendship between the two houses through a marital alliance

2 – Marriage and consummation of the marriage in accordance with the rules and statutes of the Christian churches

5 – Renunciation of inheritance by the bride

6 – Provision for the groom’s family: donation propter nuptias in the same amount as the dowry, mornig gift of 20,000 guilders

7 – Investment of the entire sum in the county of Gorizia

8 – Regulations concerning the widow’s residence: regulations on entry, furnishings, servants and replacement in the event of siege and loss

9 – Life estate of 10,000 guilders regulated

10 – Possibility of changing the widow’s residence if Gorizia becomes too burdensome for the widow

11 – Remarriage of the bride regulated

12 – Groom dies before the bride: if they have children together, they inherit the various benefits; if there are no children: the dowry reverts to the bride’s family; the husband retains rights of use for the rest of his life
