1 – Naming of the parties, consent of the bride’s family, marriage to strengthen the relationship between the two houses; consent of Pope Paul V; negotiations with date of conclusion attested

3 – Donatio propter nuptias of the same amount; the lands in Poland where the donation propter nuptias is to be invested will be decided in the next ‘regni Comitiis’

4 – If the husband dies before the bride: the widow may dispose of the widow’s dower alone; rights and obligations of the widow regulated

6 – Regulations regarding dowry and donation propter nuptias in the event of the death of one of the marriage partners; If the wife dies before the husband: the entire dowry, including the dowry, shall revert to Poland without reimbursement

7 – If the husband dies before the bride: lifelong possession of the donation propter nuptias and dowry from the bride; donation propter nuptias reverts to Poland after the death of the bride; further regulations regarding dowry and donation propter nuptias
