Article 1: Dowry of 90,000 guilders
Article 2: Marriage initially per procurationem; transfer of the bride regulated
Article 3: The groom undertakes to pay 30,000 guilders as an antiphernal; payment of dowry and antiphernal to the bride if she survives the groom
Article 4: Groom pays the bride a sum of 50,000 scudi for expenses relating to jewellery, clothing, alms and other expenses of minor value; the bride’s court is maintained by the groom
Article 5: The sum of 50,000 scudi shall be paid by the groom as a gift and wedding present in the spirit of marital generosity
Article 6: Should the groom die before the bride: life annuity of 150,000 scudi; insurance of this monetary payment
Article 7: As a widow, the bride is free to choose whether she wishes to return to the court or to her home; trousseau of the widow’s residence is regulated
Article 8: Government and guardianship of minor children in the event of the groom’s death is regulated
Article 9: Groom survives bride: usufruct of the bride’s dowry and antiphernal; The bride’s property is inherited.
Article 10: If the groom survives the bride without children: the dowry and the bride’s property revert to her closest heirs on her father’s side.
Article 11: The bride’s relationship to house contracts, sanctions and provisions of her father’s house is regulated.
