[1] – Marriage agreed: as soon as possible, according to Catholic rites (193 li)

[2] – Dowry settled: Milanese widow’s property and widow’s income, paternal and maternal inheritance claims of the bride used as dowry, including in accordance with the marriage contract of the bride’s sister, Milanese widow’s property and widow’s income guaranteed by the Emperor (193 li)

[3] – In the event of settlement of Milanese widow’s income: reinvestment of the settlement sum required, as hereditary property of the bride or the Emperor after the death of the bride without children (193 li)

[4] – upon the death of the bride without children: use of Milanese widow’s income and widow’s property transferred from the Emperor to the groom, groom’s father for life (193 li)

[5] – in the event of compensation for Milanese widow’s property: separation of property agreed for compensation sum and inheritance gains, acquisitions by groom regulated (193 li – re)
