Preamble (215 re): Marriage contract concluded: imminent church wedding announced, based on preliminary contract with deceased mother of groom

Article 1 (215 re): Bride promised to groom, marriage vows exchanged

Article 2 (215 re – 216 li): Dowry determined: in return for the bride’s renunciation of her paternal and maternal inheritance

Article 3 (216 li): Renunciation of inheritance by the bride regulated: with the consent of the groom, repetition after marriage regulated

Article 4 (216 li): Payment of dowry regulated: interest, shares as bride’s inheritance and as movable property determined, rectification regulated if necessary, community of property agreed for movable property and gains

Article 5 (216 li): Additional payment for the bride specified: by the bride’s mother and brothers, as the bride’s hereditary property, for the maintenance of the bride and her household during the marriage

Article 6 (216 li – re): After the death of the groom: dissolution of the community of property and liability for debts regulated, bride’s inheritance regulated, inheritance of estate after the death of the bride without children regulated

Article 7 (216 re): After the death of a spouse: guardianship of children regulated, continued use of marital property regulated.

Article 8 (216 re): Widow’s income and widow’s property specified: any necessary improvements regulated, appointment of servants, rights of use of widow’s property, widow’s residence regulated.

Article 11 (217 li): Eldest son designated as heir to the throne in Navarre: succession of the remaining children regulated, female succession to the throne regulated if applicable, succession regulated in the event of second marriage of groom or bride if applicable

Article 12 (217 li): Gifts and renunciation of inheritance by the groom’s uncle in favour of the groom’s father and groom confirmed.
