Contract content
1 – Consent to the engagement from the bride and the brother of the groom, Franz Xaver, regent for the minor Friedrich August I of Saxony; papal dispensation dated 5 February 1766 mentioned; marriage according to Catholic custom
2 – Dowry of 100,000 guilders; bride’s trousseau mentioned

4 – Reference to electoral provisions of 3 May 1737 and 6 January 1747 on the marriage of non-first-born sons: Limitation of the bride price to 50,000 guilders; the second 50,000 guilders are paid into the Saxon Rent Chamber against receipt and returned upon termination of the marriage
