[Pre] Appointment of negotiators; after the end of hostilities, marriage shall serve to restore mutual friendship and secure its lasting preservation

Articles 1-3: Marriage agreed by procurator when Elizabeth reaches the age of 12; deadline for marriage set after reaching said age

Article 4: Transfer of Elizabeth to England regulated, solemn public marriage agreed upon within six days of transfer

Articles 5-6: Dowry determined, donation propter nuptias determined, as since Henry VIII in the form of annual income, payment deadlines and payment terms regulated, widow’s income regulated.

Article 7: Life estate determined, Elizabeth’s freedom of travel as a widow regulated.

Article 8: Whereabouts of the dowry after Elizabeth’s death determined.

Articles 9-11: Contractual penalty agreed in the event of breach of contract, payment terms, regulations in the event of refusal to pay established, after payment of the contractual penalty: no obligations arising from the contract agreed, waiver of rights agreed
