Article 1: Alliance confirmed: as in the Treaty of Paris of 24 March 1515; no assistance to each other’s enemies, mutual support agreed: except against the Emperor and Venice; offensive alliance agreed

Article 2: Free trade and traffic agreed upon

Article 3: In the event of treaty violations: Compensation and penalties for violators agreed upon; accession partners listed; accession rules established

Article 4: all French claims to the Kingdom of Naples established as dowry; guarantees until marriage as confirmed in the Treaty of Paris of 24 March 1515

Article 5: Provision for the life estate and residence of the widow

Article 6: in the event of failure of the marriage agreement or death of the spouses without children: mutual claims to Naples reserved; in the event of breach of contract by Charles or Ferdinand: transfer of Charles’ and Ferdinand’s claims to Naples to France agreed; in the event of breach of contract by France: transfer of French claims to Naples to Charles agreed; compensation to Francis for Naples agreed: payment reduced after the birth of Charles’ children, merchants provided as security

Article 7: in the event of the widowhood of Louise or Renate without heirs: return of claims to Naples to France agreed, without compensation payments
