Preamble: Declaration of mutual peace efforts in view of schismatic unrest and the Turkish threat

Article 1: Peace agreed, end of all hostilities

Article 3: Release of Francis’ two sons agreed: by March 1530, in exchange for ransom, payment arranged, offset against imperial debts to the King of England, securities provided
