Preamble: Declaration of mutual peace efforts in view of schismatic unrest and the Turkish threat

Article 1: Peace agreed, end of all hostilities

Article 2: Treaty of Madrid of 14 January 1526 confirmed: except for the article on the return of Burgundy to the Emperor

Article 3: Release of Francis’ two sons agreed: by March 1530, in exchange for ransom, payment arranged, offset against imperial debts to the King of England, securities provided

Articles 4-5: French withdrawal from Italy agreed

Articles 6-13: Renunciation of all French claims to or in Flanders and Artois confirmed, agreed: including tribute payments from Artois, customs exemption regulated

Articles 14-18: Renunciation of all imperial claims to or in the counties of Boulogne, Guines, Ponthieu agreed, territorial status as before the war agreed

Article 19: Transfer of all lawsuits in Flanders and Artois from French courts to the Imperial Council agreed: execution of judgments reserved to the Emperor
