Article 1: Marriage agreed to take place at the earliest possible date, church wedding agreed to take place in Paris, dowry set at 400,000 écus, payment and investment of dowry arranged in return for Christine’s renunciation of inheritance, confirmation and ratification of renunciation of inheritance required from Christine

Article 2: Transfer of Christine arranged

Article 3: Dowry worth 40,000 écus guaranteed by Victor Amadeus, Christine’s property rights arranged

Article 4: Maintenance for Christine’s appropriate accommodation and her household guaranteed by Charles Emmanuel and Victor Amadeus, cash payments set at 100,000 livres

Article 5: Determination of the life estate in the amount of 40,000 livres, allocation of property to yield the sum, allocation of the right to appoint officials to said property, rights of use regulated

6: Residence of the bride with appropriate trousseaure gulated, waiver of set-off against the dower guaranteed

Article 7: Regulation of Christine’s rights of ownership to the dower, bride price, dowry and other property acquired during the marriage after the death of Victor Amadeus, regulation of the widow’s right of return to France, widow is released from liability for her husband’s debts

Article 8: In the event that Christine returns to France as a widow, regardless of whether or not children were born from the marriage: delivery of dowry and bride price guaranteed; compliance with the contract guaranteed, ratification regulated
