Preamble: Request for papal dispensation due to the degree of kinship between the spouses mentioned
Article 1: Marriage announced
Article 2: Dowry set at 200,000 crowns or Italian gold scudi
Article 3: Creation of an inventory of Adelaide’s jewellery and movable property regulated
Article 4: Payment of the dowry regulated, life estate established, morning gift established, Adelaide’s right of disposal of the morning gift in the event of her widowhood regulated
Article 5: The county of ‘Meringen’ and the towns of Schongau, Landsberg, Friedberg and Aichach are specified as collateral for Adelaide’s disposal of the dowry and morning gift
Article 6: Payment of the dowry as a widow’s pension is regulated, as is the transfer of jewels, movable property and morning gift to Adelaide, as well as her widow’s residence in Landshut and widow’s pension
Article 7: In the event of Adelaide’s second marriage after the death of Ferdinand Maria: Reversion of the widow’s residence and compensation payments to Adelaide are regulated
Article 8: In the event of Adelaide’s death: inheritance rights of the children to marriageable property and jewels regulated, right of use reserved for Ferdinand Maria.
