Article 1: Marriage agreed: to be performed at the French court by a procurator

Article 2: Dowry set at 900,000 livres, part of the sum consisting of debts owed by the English king to the French crown, payment of the entire sum to be arranged by Louis XIV, payment terms to be agreed

Article 3: Payment of the dowry in exchange for Anna’s renunciation of all inheritance rights she possesses in England through her mother, Henrietta Anna Stuart

Article 4: Dowry supplemented by 300,000 livres and jewellery from Duke Philip

Article 5: Anna’s complete renunciation of inheritance regulated

Article 6: Investment of the dowry regulated, widow’s estate designated
