Article 1: Regulation of bride´s voyage to her husband´s court in Paris, solemnization and consummation of the marriage at Nangis Castle in Brie

Article 2: Louis Alexandre’s maternal and grand-maternal inheritance as matrimonial property, sustenance of the spouses guaranteed by the Duke of Penthièvre

Article 3: Annual pension payment of 50.000 livres from the Duke of Penthièvre to Louis Alexandre, plus a pension payment of 30.000 livres from King Louis XV of France to Marie Thérèse Louise, sustenance of the couple’s staff guaranteed by the Duke of Penthièvre, pension payment of 145.000 livres per year to both spouses by the Duke, provided they set up their own household
