Preamble: Marriage decided

Article 1: Permission and dispensation of the pope mentioned; wedding ceremonies regulated; marriage per procurationem; ratification when the bride has arrived in Saxony and has received the church’s blessing

Article 2: Dowry fixed at 500.000 florins, payment due after the wedding celebrations; receipt required

Article 3: The dowry remains with the bride and her descendants; if the bride and bridegroom die and there are no joint heirs: The bride’s father or his heirs receive the sum; Inheritance law regulations concerning an exclusion
