Preamble: Names of the parties involved; marriage to strengthen the bond between the two houses

Article 1: Mutual marriage vows

Article 2: Dowry of 15,000 Reichstaler; instead of silver, 2,000 Reichstaler will be paid

Article 3: No renunciation of inheritance rights by the daughter; like her sister, she retains her right of inheritance in all cases of inheritance and purchased property

Article 4: Morning gift regulated: 6,000 Reichstaler; paid annually from the Compen office; interest regulated

Article 5: Donatio propter nuptias in the amount of 15,000 Reichstaler; invested in the Fallersleben office; widow’s dower regulated: rights of use regulated; life annuity in the amount of 3,000 Reichstaler; compensation; surpluses; homage; handling of ecclesiastical fiefs; freedoms of subjects; repairs; prohibition of pledging; inventory

Article 6: In addition to the morning gift, the widow shall be paid a further 1,000 Reichstaler annually after the death of the groom

Article 7: Deaths regulated: Groom dies before bride without children: return of the dowry

Article 8: Groom dies before bride without children: provision for children regulated; bride receives the widow’s dower; remarriage of the bride regulated
