Article 1 (68): Consent for the bride granted, dowry determined: plus dowry allowance, trousseau regulated, payment regulated
Article 2 (68): Consent of the groom granted, donatio propter nuptias and widow’s income determined, morning gift determined – widow’s property suspended: with the consent of the Emperor, rights of use regulated, rights of sovereignty reserved
Article 3 (68f.): Deed of prescription assured to the bride’s father: to determine homage of subjects to the bride’s widow’s property, rights of use of the bride, accepted by the bride’s father, compensation for defects regulated
