Commentary

The original contract is not divided into articles.

In 1539, a new contract was concluded for the marriage of Agnes’ sister Anna to Erich (II), rendering this contract null and void

After the death of his father, the groom’s mother tried to persuade him to convert to Lutheranism, but in 1547 he finally decided to remain Catholic.
