Contract content

Dowry fixed (900,000 lire), it is dependent on the bride renouncing all rights to her father’s property and remains the property of the bride and her line

Provision in the event of the bride’s death without children: the groom may keep one third of the dowry

donatio propter nuptias fixed (80,000 lira in jewellery), it remains the property of the bride and her lineage

Hand money fixed (100,000 lira annually), life estate fixed (40,000 lira annually and an appropriately furnished residence)
