Article 1: Transfer of the bride regulated

Article 2: Abdication of Holstein, acceptance of Swedish court of the bride on transfer regulated

Article 3: Marriage and church wedding in Sweden regulated

Article 4: Trousseau regulated, dowry determined

Article 5: Use of dowry regulated: in favour of the groom during the marriage, by the bride during widowhood – after the death of the spouses: reversion or inheritance of dowry regulated – in the event of the bride’s second marriage: compensation for widow’s income, if applicable, regulated at the discretion of the Swedish King

Article 6: Maintenance of the bride during the marriage stipulated: payable by the Swedish king, payment regulated – bride’s household regulated: according to the orders of the Swedish king, appointment and remuneration of servants regulated

Article 7: Widow’s residence and widow’s income stipulated: Condition, furnishings and maintenance of widow’s residence regulated, increase in income from groom guaranteed

Article 8: After death of groom as King of Sweden: increase in widow’s income guaranteed – widow’s departure abroad restricted: only with consent of the King of Sweden, in case of loss of widow’s income

Article 9: Bridal jewels regulated: provided by the Swedish King, sale or pledging prohibited, inheritance as property of the Swedish Crown regulated
