Preamble (388f.): To the glory of God, for the strengthening and prosperity of both royal houses and empires, with the consent of the bride’s mother, after the betrothal before the war, after the postponement of the marriage until after the conclusion of peace: Marriage agreement announced – as a sign of the groom’s love for the bride, as a sign of the groom’s intention of friendship towards the Danish king: Appointment of negotiators, negotiations and conclusion of contract announced
