[Preface] – to the praise and honour of God, Christ and Mary, for the propagation of the Christian faith, for the honour, benefit, protection, peace, tranquillity and preservation of the kingdoms, dominions and subjects of the contracting parties and of the Prince of Spain, for the renewal of the old friendship and fraternal goodwill between the Danish kings and the houses of Austria and Burgundy, for their preservation and for the establishment of closer family ties, in the name of the Prince of Spain and his siblings: Power of attorney of the Danish negotiators announced on 6 November 1513, conclusion of contract on betrothal and marriage announced with Danish negotiators (186-189)
