[1] – Marriage agreed: with the consent of the bride’s father, negotiations on the date reserved (149 li)
[2] – Dowry determined: payment regulated, proportionate to monetary annuities and levies in France on repurchase, excluding rights of sovereignty, in return for the bride’s renunciation of her paternal and maternal inheritance and her paternal succession to the throne (149 li)
[3] – After the death of the groom: payment of dowry shares to the bride regulated, remainder of dowry to remain with the groom’s heirs agreed – After the death of the bride: reversion of dowry to the bride’s heirs agreed, use by the groom for life, then repurchase regulated (149 li)
