[1] – Personal marriage agreed: in England – Royal position of the groom in England regulated: except for governmental authority, appointment of English officials in England assured (378 li – re)

[2] – Widow’s income determined: from Spain, the Netherlands and Burgundy, seizure of property regulated (378 re)

[3] – Inheritance rights and rights of succession of the children regulated: in England, Spain and the Netherlands according to the rights and privileges of the individual kingdoms, in Spanish dominions only after the death of Don Carlos and his descendants, if applicable, marriage of heiress regulated with the consent of Don Carlos, if applicable, dowry payment for daughters regulated, if applicable, inheritance for heiress regulated (378 re – 379 re)
