Preamble: List of parties involved and marriage partners

1 – Dowry settled: 82,000 gold guilders dowry; trousseau worth 114,145 talers settled: Jewels worth 89,525 talers, 8,978 talers in silver, 12,287 talers in pearls, 3,350 talers in jewelry and brooches

2 – donatio propter nuptias in the same amount as the dowry + trousseau guaranteed

3 – life estate settled: Reference to a letter in which the bride is guaranteed an annual income of 3,000 talers; Generation of the 3,000 talers plus an additional 10,000 talers life estate by the bride: from Kastelholm Castle and County or the Åland Islands with the associated districts, the town of Rauma and the towns of Lapua and Laitila; Rights of use mentioned

4 – Groom dies before bride with or without heirs: Bride retains ownership of the above-mentioned properties; if she remarries or resides outside the country as a widow, the bride retains all rights to her dower; redemption of the widow’s dower upon the death of the bride regulated

5 – Bride dies before groom without children; reversion of dowry and trousseau

6 – Bride dies before groom with children: dowry and trousseau remain with groom by inheritance

7 – Protection of dower guaranteed by groom; restoration of widow’s dower guaranteed in case of destruction; homage of subjects on widow’s dower regulated

8 – Consent of King of Sweden and brother of groom to be obtained within one year

9 – Promise to abide by the above; place; date
